This game also has the name of Punto Banco, since it is the player (Punto)
who bets opposite the Banker (Banco). You need to get cards that will total nine
points. If a player decides to be Banco, then he or she can only bet on those results.
Everyone else will bet on the results of either Punto or Banco. Dealing cards stays
with the same player while Banco keeps winning, and passes to the next player when
Punto wins. A player who wins as Banco pays 5% commission of the winnings to the
casino. This is because Banco wins more often than Punto.
